Trunk Panel Material

Has anyone tried or have an opinion on using Air Double Reflective Polyethylene Insulation Roll material as a trunk divider?

Its light and should provide decent insulation and it would not be very visible from the trunk.

I did everything I could to minimize the weight of box in the trunk including using ultra light MDF, aluminum on the mounting frame, and removed unnecessary MDF under the amps.

It is pretty good insulation, unfortunately, it would also be somewhat effective at blocking sound waves....If you sealed it up tight you might get some muffling.
