I'm installing Fesler's door panels on my 1969 Camaro, and can't decide how far back to position the rear panels. Anyone have experience with these panels?
My my initial thought is to install the front edge of the rear panel flush with the pinch weld. Like this pic:

Alternatively, I can push the real panel back further and expose some of the pinch weld. Like this:

I'll use windlace to cover the pinch weld in both cases. Not sure which approach to take

Finished with rough fitting and door handles on driver side. I'm planning on covering the main door panel with red leather and I'll cover the wooden insert with carbon fiber.

I installed solenoids for my power door locks using a mounting kit from Modo Innovations. I highly recommend the kit. It fit perfect and made the whole process very easy.

I installed their pedals and power trunk release too, and they were both a snap. Pedals look great. I haven't completed the electrical install on the trunk release yet, so can't comment on how well it operates yet. Looks like a quality part though

Terry Are you going to use the factory windlace? Maybe install it and that might give you a better idea.

I ordered it last week. I'll post some pics when I get it installed.
