After swapping disc setups in my 67 GTO, I need to get my e-brake setup functional again. I installed the good old LS1 rear discs to compliment the Kore3 Z51 fronts. Without going into too much detail I mounted the calipers toward the front of the car for clearance reasons, making the ebrake cable a "rear pull"

Iv'e been told to use the Lokar universal setup. Is this the only way to make this happen or has anyone come up with something else? I intend to use the stock ebrake pedal.

I think Lokar is your best option. I used the factory LS1 cables, brackets and e brake lever on my 64 but I set them up to be forward pull.

I just installed the Lokar cables on a 68 Charger with Baer brakes and they work very well. Lots of length to work with. You will need the Corvette pulls.

Inline tube will make you custom ebrake cables.

I switched the to front pull as the real estate in there to loop the cables to the rear is tight. Front pull is much cleaner and simpler IMO.
