Need Some Opinons On Color

I wanted some opinions on what color to make my interior on the 79. I'm thinking white, but im worried it will get dirty too easily. The exterior is gonna be SOM on top with a stripe the goes nose to tail on the bottom up bout 12" that is gonna be Subaru Aspen White. In the one pic where its redbird red will be SOM, and the dark carmine stripe will be Aspen White. There is also an interior shot to get some ideas... I was thinking bout making the interior white as well, but im worried bout it getting dirty. I was gonna be Corbaeu Racing seats and having them recovered in White suede, along with the rear seat. I might have to stick with my stock Seats since i dont think im gonna put a rollcage in so i got nowhere to mount the 5points. I was also thinking probably making the dash black and having everything else like the roof lining and rear speaker cover and all covered in like a charcoal suede... what do you all think, got a color that would look even better? thanx in advance.

I've only owned one car with a white interior and would never have another one. They are a bear to keep clean.
