BMR Suspension Releases New Product - Lowering Springs For 1st-Gen F-body (SP055/56)

      FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

      BMR Suspension 2-inch Lowering Springs for Big- and Small-Block 1st-Gen Camaros – SP055/SP056 - $129.95

Increase cornering ability and improve cosmetic appeal of your First-Gen F-body with Lowering Springs from BMR Suspension. Manufactured from chrome silicon high-tensile spring wire, these springs are cold wound on a CNC coiling machine that can adjust the spring diameter in real time to ensure that every spring is exactly the same. These springs will drop the front end of your Small-Block or Big-Block Camaro 2-inches and feature a 620 lb/in linear spring rate to give you great handling and a smooth ride. The BMR Front Lowering Springs (SP055 Small-Block, SP056 Big-Block) lower the center of gravity to allow the body to stay flat and level in the corners, while remaining soft enough for a comfortable ride on any road. Designed for both the street performance and pro-touring crowd. And like all BMR lowering springs, they come with a LIFETIME guarantee against spring sag. Available in red powdercoat for long-lasting good looks. Installation time is about 2-3 hours. Proudly made in the U.S.A.!

Is your measurement in Free Length or on the car with the suspension loaded?

Depending on how many miles you have put on them, they might settle in.

We guarantee them for Life against sagging, so they won't go down much

got 235 40 17 tyres and the gap to arch lip is 1 1/4" so cutting a coil would be way too much ?????
but really happy with the handling......

I don't know of anyone that has cut these Springs to date. I would think a Full Coil would drop the car way too much.
