Power steering issue with 600 box

I just got a 69 Camaro I built, up and running. It has a DSE 600 box and a Billet Specialties front runner with the type II pump and a remote reservoir. When steering the car it howls and is very noisy. I was told to try another pump and it is doing the same thing. When I have someone else steer andlisten, the sound is coming from the steering box. It was a brand new box and DSE had no suggestions. ANY IDEAS??

Have you worked ALL of the air out of the system? Jack the car up and cycle the wheel back and forth until the howling stops, adding fluid as necessary?
