Anyone have issues with holes lining up on the frame bracket for the ridetech Musclebar swaybar? I know he middle recessed allen bolt doesn't line up. Thinking the two main bolts that hold the bar down are the ones to worry about.

The Ridetech instructions indicate that you will have to redrill one hole due to the larger diameter of the Muscle Bar:

Open the link below and click on the "Instructions" tab:

I did re-drill and tap the original holes. But they don't line up. I know a new hole in the front will need to be redrilled and tapped as well. Its just the sunken in allen bolt if redrilled is too lose or off from original hole in middle. I am thinking that if I skip that middle bolt it should be fine. Otherwise that flush hole in middle would have better made as an oval hole to allow for adjustment in these cases.

The two holes should line up with factory holes and they don't. See pic from instructions.

Looking at the pictures you have here I have some ideas and I see that you have talked to the tech guys here (at RideTech) already and they asked for some measurements and pictures of the current frame to help with the solution...

What ended up happening?

I am installing this nightmare of a sway bar on my 70 Chevelle. Already tapped the holes and everything and ended up with this.
