2010 SS Camaro Leather Seats in 69 Camaro?

I purchased a set (Front/Back) SS leather seats out of a 2010 Camaro. Has anyone installed these newer seats in a 69 Camaro yet? If so please advise! I installed new carpet recently and I placed the passenger seat in for trial fit and it seem a little high but I need to cut off the vertical tabs on the bottom of the rails which will lower the seat a couple of inches. I sure would like to upgrade my seats to these newer SS leather ones. I currently have late model Tiburon two tone leather seats front and rear and they worked great with some fabrication and shortening the height of the rear seat to match the package tray. Please advise!

I saw a guy who put the whole interior..dash and all in one. Just never got to talk to him how it went. FWIW

Gray ghost did it to his camaro but he had someone do it.so he doesn't know what to do. They look good tho.
