View Full Version : 2009 ctsv brake installed on a1970 camaro ,

I have bought c 6 spindles for the front every thing was a bolt on including using the v hubs and rotors , just need brackets or templates to install the rear brakes on a 9 inch ford rear end , which is out of Torino gt 1969 .

Help plz

The calipers were a bolt on? I thought the mounting bolts would space it out so far you would need about a 15 inch rotor. At lead t that is what I read on Corvette forums. From what I found, the zr1 calipers were different than the ctsv calipers. Are you running two different bolt patterns? 5x120 front and 5x120.6 rear.

Are you saying you used C6 spindles on your car? If so, what control arms are you using? You could actually make your own template after mocking up the rotor and caliper.

Sorry , just learning this thing . I bought ccp spindles for a bolt on to the 70 camaro a arms . Also I am running the same bolt pattern all way around , had axles re drilled . Just need help fabbing up the rear
