I wish I did. Have you looked at the 3-spoke Fiero GT wheels. They are leather wrapped, small diameter and have a classic look.
The other option is to look at some of the subcompact GM's like the Vega and Astre and later Monza and Sunbird clones. Their wheels looked like the full size GM wheels in some cases, but were smaller.
Otherwise, there is not much choice that I have seen in a factory looking wheel.

Here's one from "Classic Industries" that I have in my first gen. I love it!

Will the "Formula Wheel" that was standard on 2nd gen TA's fit. I know it will fit first gen F-bodies and 68-72 LeMans. It is 14" and there are after market leather versions. If it fits you could usr the horn cap with the arrow head symbol like the 70-72 GTO's

The factory wheel for a late (78-82) C3 Corvettes is a clean simple design. I believe they are 14' and are available with both black or brushed silver spokes. They are leather, and there are enough factory colors available over those years to pretty much match whatever interior you have.
All of the Corvette suppliers have stock them - last time I looked they were like $150.
