I have my Ls2 installed in my 1969 Camaro and when I try to accelerate a little hard from a stop car wants to hesitate. I installed a Corvette servo in the tranny thinking this would solve the problem but it made no difference. Ls2 mounted to 4l60 tranny and has 12 bolt with373 gears.Could it be a computer issue? Any help would be appreciated I would like to get it running right before summer. Thanks Jeff

Check for adjustment or dead spot on the TPS.

Thanks for response. Do you know how to test? Which wires voltage etc.
Thanks Jeff

I am not familiar with the LS2 specifically. See if you can find a pin out or adjustment procedure. The older style were simple three wire, reference voltage, ground and output. There were two screws you loosened to adjust the position. Looks like the LS2 is not as simple. This same problem can be caused by a vacuum leak or a lean condition on transition. Is the engine stock or modified. If modified you might want to see if you are going lean at tip in.

you need a scanner to read throttle position. your dbw might not be sync right

I am having a similar issue. When you go to wot, at any speed, the car momentarily hesitates and then just accelerates like crazy. Today a friend and I were in the car and he noticed when we went wot the AFR dropped to 10.0, extremely rich, but as soon as it got close to 12.0 it took off. We haven't had a chance to adjust the tune, but this does make sense and may be something for you to look at.

I have no personal experience but I know some people that have used them and they've been happy with the results.
