72 El Camino harness bar help.

Hey everyone. I need some help on finding out where i can get a harness bar or who makes a harness bar the will basically bolt into a 72 el camino so i can strap a harness to it. I'm getting seats and a 4 point harness from Cipher Auto and was going to get the universal harness bar from them too but after looking at it and looking in the car it really doesn't look like it will fit. I'm thinking about putting a bar across the car behind the seats and welding it in so i can mount the harness. I'm not worried about it being certified because its still a daily driver so i just need it to work. If i can't find a bar or make one, I'm thinking about just bolting the shoulder straps to the floor. Please any input is appreciated.
