Hi everyone, been trying to search & havn't been able to figure it out. I just picked up a 67 with a 2" drop in front & 1" in back. A buddy of mine says he saw a set of foose rims 18x8.5 for sale. Backspace is +35 & Tires are 235/40. I believe they were from a 3 series. Trying to figure out if they will work & if not maybe an adapter & also would I have to worry about hubcentric? They are such a good deal that I don't want to pass them up if I can somehow make them work.
I appreciate any assistence offered

How is the front dropped

spindle or coil?????

The 8.5 would be alright on the front I would personally go with a wider set out back!

Drop spindle in the front. Does having 8.5" all the way around look funny? If I was buying new I would have ordered larger for the back, but since they are used, stuck with what they are.
Just found an offset to backspace converter & depending on the lip size I guess it could be a little under 6" BS or around 6.13 BS with a .5" lip? Not sure if I did this right, but will a 6BS fit?

No 6in bs in the front will not fit in the front with a drop spindle!
must be no more than 4.5 bs.......

I'm sure one of our camaro guys will chime in here on the bs but every drop spindle I have ever dealt with wouldn't take any more than a 4.5in bs!
