69 Camaro Roof Rail Weatherstrip retainer Help

Need some help here.. I am putting the upper roof rail weatherstripping in and seem to be missing something. The car did not come with this piece and was wonder if someone can help me out with some close up pictures of their roof rail with the weatherstrip attached. I have no clue to what I even need to make it fit correctly. I think I need to order a roof rail kit from either Classic or Rick's. I do not want to run the chrome piece on the drip rail and don't know if this is an all in one piece. Any help would be much appreciated or point me in the right direction. The second picture shows the pillar. I think there is a bracket that should attach and then the weatherstripping attaches. Thanks AaronName: iphone pics 520.jpg

You need the roof rail weatherstrip retainer. It's three pieces. One pice runs up the a pillar. Then there is a small clip then the price that runs the rest of the distance back to the quarter. They are held on with strip caulk and screws. They have what is called a blow out clip in them that keeps the weatherstrip from coming out while driving. 67 is different than 68-69. All the major restoration places carry them. I think what you need is classic industries item#14322.

I do need some pictures if possible. Just trying to see how it all fits together. I bought the car missing lots of parts, so its been tough figuring out what goes where sometimes.
