I have a 68 camaro with factory air. Im planning on swapping in a Ly6 and wanted to keep the A/C. So my question is can I keep the stock A/C setup with a ly6 motor. Or do I have to go aftermarket A/C? Thanks for the help

all you really need is a recalibrated POA valve for 134 and a newer style compressor

Skip the worthless POA set up, I rebuild most systems with orifice tube adapter and use a self adjusting orifice tube. Simple wire it up like a CCOT system with a low pressure switch set up for a 134a system.
I love rebuilding system and doing away with ancient, dated system.
My other preferred mod is building a system with a thermal expansion valve but getting proper parts can be hard and being able to attach them. Been trying durafix rods and silver soldering to attach different fittings. I am also looking into parts from SUR&R.
