What do you guys think about these seats?

Just saw these and was wondering about what you guys think about using these seat covers over existing frames? You would also have to order new foam for the wrap around also. Just an idea..

those seats are made by TMI interiors (http://www.tmiproducts.com/), there a very good company, made is USA stuff
