will a '68 Camaro heater box fit a '71 Malibu

I have a 1971 Malibu. I'm taking the A/C off of and I was wondering about the interchageability of GM products. Specifically will a Camaro heater box fit a Chevelle. Any feedback will be appreciated. Thanks

Well, nevermind I guess. I found my answer on chevelles.com. Of course any A body 68-72 will interchange, but the exterior heater boxes of Camaros and Novas will fit as well.

Outstanding. My gut feeling was that the Camaro box would be completely different, but it's good to be wrong (especially because I need to replace my box).

      update arg.

I just now got around to work on the heater box. The information I found was wrong. That thing doesn't fit. I should have known, when you look hard enough on the internet to find something that agrees with what you want to hear, you find it. Just wanted to share this so noone shares in my misfortune.
