Here is a picture from when we were looking at our positioning of the motor. This was before the upper control arm mounts were cut and welded in position.

I think the idea came from a set of rusted out C5 TPIS headers I had from my old car that they test fitted on an engine at the shop . IIRC you cut some of the extension off after the collector they fit with a T56/T56 Magnum behind it and tuck in tight against the motors/trans. StainlessWorks and TPIS primary designs are very close.

Always seems that when you want to work on a project something comes up, lol! David and I both haven't had a lot of time for the car due to our schedules, but we have managed to make some progress.

Got another bar welded in on the cage and the vintage air mounting is being worked on. We also have the shock mounts started.

Well we started this car right before i found out i had cancer, so i had not been able to work on it for months. I am still recovering an well on my way to getting better! I am really Blessed to have gotten through this.

The good thing was we had a lot of parts to do work on it an now it is a little easier to get right back to it.
Robert and i have made the rear control arms, center link and pan hard bar for the rear suspension. We are designing the brackets right now to mount to the rear end.

Nice to see an update. Glad you are back on your feet. I really like this project. I like that it's hand made and not just bolt on stuff. I'm building a Mopar and nothing is bolt on so this inspires me.

We got them from Spohn Performance they are a very nice part. John Parson recommended them to us from his experience with them on II Much and Unfair. There is a video on Spohn's site for the Del-Sphere joints that shows some good stuff.
