One evening in Cedar Park, Texas about half the local Mopar club was at one guys house helping him rebuild his suspension. After we got them started I started giving guys rides in the Barracuda. A friend of mine was riding in the car and as I rolled into full throttle in first gear I heard a loud popping noise coming from the passenger seat. The pressure from the acceleration of the seat against him had popped his back. I heard it over the car's engine it was so loud! I stopped the car and asked if he was OK. He had this silly grin on his face and said "Yes, never better. You just saved me a trip to the chiropractor."

Very pretty color Michael! Can't wait to see pics of it in the sun. My buddy painted his Challenger R/T something very similar and it looks great.

Pictures outside in the sun... with reflections of all the surroundings, and this is before cut and buff.

Looks awesome. Your intake will still be the show stopper though.

Pictures are a bit washed out, the camera is tweaked out for taking indoor kid pictures, I need to reset it. A friend was with me yesterday, he took better pictures.

Thanks. Yes, the hood is for real, it is not there for cosmetic reasons. I can't believe I got what is essentially a tunnel ram to fit under that small a scoop! Good thing EFI throttle bodies are shorter than carburetors, it would not have fit otherwise.

WA9539 is the lighter shade. Some year Corvettes called this Polo Green also, so it is better to know the paint code than the name. Name is a marketing thing. The new Corvette color "Lime Rock Green" is a very beautiful dark green color, GM paint code is WA136X. I was tempted. It is more Emerald green in the direct sun light. Kevin and I got a chance to look at his car and a new Stingray in Lime Rock Green a few months back at Cars n Coffee. When it was a little dark and overcast I wasn't sure they were different, but in full sun it became obvious. I would call the WA9529 more a "Forest Green" which also makes it a very close match to the original "GG1" Forest Green on my car.
