      T56 mock up question

      I am goign to use a t56 for my tranny and a small black chevy to Pro-tour a 66 chevy truck stepside big back window dotn have the 2500 for a tranny right now but want to get started on the chassis curently only have the body parts no frame buildign one from a 71 camaro front clip four link rear and a lot of roll cage to link them up but I dotn knw ne lengths shifter locations or ne thign on a t 56 I have seen plastic mock up parts for various motors but never a t 56 ne ideas on dimensions or ne thign thanks

      maybe just buy a T-56 case and bellhousing then sell it when it comes time to buy the real thing??

      I use old case parts as a mock up fo T56's. I have an LT and LS version of them. You can buy all the parts (bellhousing, front plate, main case, and tail shaft) from Tremec for under $900.
