Need some quick advice, looking to purchase 1973 camaro tomorrow. Would you Buy?

So I am looking at a 1973 camaro that is about 2 hrs away from me, I am planning to make the drive/purchase tomorrow. I have not viewed the car in person but the pictures and description lead me to believe it is a good car and a good deal. I have been in contact with the owner, she has used the car as a weekend cruiser but has taken the car out of state and back with no issues. She also claims to have most of the receipts for the work done on the car.

She has moved out of state and is desperate to sell the car. I believe I can get the car for not much more than $10K. Her original listing was for $18K last month..

      heres some info.

      1973 camaro (Base)
repainted citris/lime green w/ black ralley stripes prior to her owning the car (small rust bubbles below vinyl top and few rock chips are the only flaws) paint otherwise is in great condition
current owner has had the entire interior replaced or refinished (black)
current engine has been completely rebuilt (engine bay looks very clean)
      all new exhaust
      all audio has been updated
      new vinyl top
new weld wheels (I would be replacing these)
The car has full front bumper and tall back spoiler

I currently have a 1973 Z28 camaro that still needs full restoration I also have a '69 firebird that is in the middle of an engine swap. I now have a full-time job as an accountant and dont have the time to work on the cars like I want. My plan would be to buy this car and sell the '73 z28 camaro that I have currently. I just want to be sure that the price I am paying is reasonable I have not priced these cars in a long time.

see below for a few pictures.
