March 2013 SoCal Challenge pics & vids

We had a great time today. Thanks again to everyone who helps put this event together. The cars and drivers at these events just keep raising the bar. There were some great battles today. It's a great time to be involved in this industry.

Incredible pictures J, you should do sports photography as a side gig. Your pictures are always spot on man.

P.s. I owe you big time for letting me use the big H for picking up gas.

      Cheers.
Thanks again for all the photo posting you do.

Awesome! Almost as good as being there.

Is that Sunbeam Tiger someone's from the forum? I'd like to know what wheel and tire combo that is?

You don't know it but you already returned the favor. I borrowed some wire cutters from your tool box so I could cut down all the TCI banners. Great job out there yesterday!

Very nice! The wife had to work yesterday or else I would have been there. Good thing I was able to watch it live; thanks "Bangshift.com" now I know what the track looks like.

Does anyone know what powers the CFR 72 Camaro??

I am pretty sure it is a traditional SBC.

I have to give a shout out to Bret C again. I was all crapped out about not being able to turn the gopro on in the late session when Sal spun on the front straight. (I was up at Chad's booth taking pics). So this morning I am going through my gopro files and there is Bret's mug on one of the files. I clicked play and was pleasantly surprised that he turned the camera on our car and it just happened to be the session where Sal spun. Video will be uploaded shortly.

Hey guys, I'm bummed I missed this event! I was at Time attack tuesday when I heard about it. I've met some of you at Del Mar I think: I recognize the cars. I put my car below so you might recognize me and I'm obviously not Brett! And, Dang it Brett, Paint or wrap that thing like you promised!

I'll be running an event there in April so would like to know what would have made your day even better or what your overall opinion of location, track etc was compared to normal autocross. What is more or less fun than an autocross and why? Looks like a great turnout. Thanks in advance.
