Agreed. Daniel Craig would have it wadded up in no time.

The glass looks excellent. Better hope he remembers how he did it. You know, just in case.........

Thanks guys. The progress has been sooo slow with the car. Everything seems to take three times longer than expected. Should be home soon and then when I am done off to Nebraska to visit The Recovery Room. After that I get to drive the piss out of it!

I have made my life a little more complex though. My wife and I are in contract for a new house that has a 36 x 48 shop. Finally enough space for me to play with my cars! Some things have come up on the inspection and if the seller takes care of them then I will be moving, on top of assembling this car. Do I have enough on my plate?

That garage workspace will be so worth it though. Our old house had a detached 28 x 36 garage and I didn't know what I had until we moved into the new house. We have an attached 28x28, but my Camaro occupies one spot and my wife's car occupies the other. Doesn't leave a whole lot of room for activities.

Your car is stunning by the way. Love this thing.

Is there a thread on here about garage builds? That may be something cool to see. A general thread where everyone posts ideas. EDIT I just noticed a section for garage builds. I will have to look through it for lighting ideas and heating/AC.

I started putting the car together this week. Haven’t had a much time in the garage as I would have like to. Been battling kidney stones and can only take about an hour of work before I have to take a break.

So far I have put in all The Boom Mat I had and ordered another 8 sheets. I put in the E-Stopp emergency brake setup and got the hardware to install Nat all the license plate. I hope to start plumbing the brake system tomorrow.

You should be proud, thats a very sharp car. And more importantly, I think it achieved your goal of a Volvo/Ferrari hybrid. Definitely in the top two builds on this forum along with the Bullit Charger build.

I hear ya on the kidney stones. Just went my third round in tens years with them. It's amazing just how much pain one of those little ******* will put you in. Anyways loving the build,I don't know just what Volvo was thinking when they went from some pretty stylish cars to the square boxes.

I put on the custom license plate frame on tonight. Thanks named the car Bullwinkle after a friend suggested it and a couple days later died unexpectedly. The frame conceals the radar parking sensors. Name: IMG_3872.jpg

Car looks awesome. I have been there on the kidney stones. The one bad thing my dad passed on to me. Hopefully they will pass good luck!
