Hey SMARTnewbie (lol) - thanks for the bump. I have had 5 folks email me from my website over the last two months expressing interest in the switch. I just sent them all an email to see if they are still interested, not sure if you emailed me or not on there, but if I have interest from 5 people, I'll order enough parts to make 10 more switches. My move (out of the country) is coming up faster than I'd like, so I'm a bit nervous about over-committing myself, but I'll run another batch if there's enough interest. Thanks for your interest.

72BBSwinger - Sorry, the switch only works on the GM wiper motor listed on my page - the list of "donor cars" can be found here: https://sites.google.com/site/hunter...-donor-vehicle

Count me in! Now that DSE has raised the price on their set up I'm gonna piece it together from your list of parts. Let me know when you are ready and I'll send you the money.
      Thanks!

Thanks guys - I've placed an order for the parts tonight. Out of respect for the paying vendors/advertisers (and the very gracious admin that have tolerated me), please PM me if you're interested.
It will take a while for the parts to come in, but I've ordered enough parts to make 20 switches - 7 are on earmarked for those that have emailed or posted on here.

For what its worth - I didn't come up with this idea to sell the switch and make money, I just started having guys ask me if I'd make one for them and I did. I've got a more-than-full time job that keeps me busy, and don't make enough on the switch to warrant being a paying advertiser/vendor, but I'm happy to provide the switch to guys that want to do build their own system. Admin - please, if I've crossed the line, feel free to pull this thread down. I removed my website from my signature line as we discussed previously. I want to keep it within the lines on here because I really appreciate the work you do to keep the site operational.

I wish I could provide you with some installed pictures of Switch Number 1 but it resides in a box to this day. I can say nothing but good things about the transaction with JHunter and would recommend this route to anyone.

I had not seen your website, somehow I missed a bunch of updates to this thread along the way. You did a really nice job on the website to say the least.

Thanks Robert - I appreciate the kind words. Switch #1 will be in a museum one day! lol.

Just a little update to everyone - I got all the parts in tonight and have started making up the switches. I went ahead and ordered parts to make 20 switches. But no kidding, after these 20 are gone, I won't be able to make any more for 2 years while I'm out of the country. Once I get the first 10 made (got 3 completed tonight), I'll contact everyone on the waiting list, both those that contacted me on here as well as through the site.

A friend of mine just bought a '69 RS and I'm helping him with the electrical. Has anyone I found a slide or lever style switch that has delay? The 2 speed switch is only $40 but he wants to upgrade and isn't paying $500 for the DSE system. Looks nice but the '69 switch isn't a rotary.

I found a slider switch for a 1967 Mustang - has anyone looked at this? FM6768WI- 1967/68 Mustang Intermittent Windshield Wiper Switch. It might work but Ford switches 12 volts so that needs to be modified.

The slider switch is not a big deal. The switch he is making will work I am just wondering about the motor being mounted o n the firewall and the park.

      Yes his switch

It is similar to the dse one we have in dads chevelle.

My main concern is mounting the motor to the car.

I have seen the DSE rotary and it doesn't look right for a '69 since it came with a slider switch. And you're right Hunter's switch is good if you wnat a rotary.
