      Let's See some Falcons

New to the Forum but here is my 61 Falcon. Just installed last week the TCI 4 link with shockwaves. Motor is a built tri-power 6, T-5, 8" w/3:80's

      Enjoy

Very nice ride. There are a few Falcons of various years on the boards, we are a small but growing group.

However long you think your project will take, double it and you might be halfway right.

I like the super-early Falcon! Somehow, I've got pictures of my steering, my rear suspension, my oil pan, and my interior online, but not one of the whole outside of the car. Just Google Ford Falcon Panhard...

On a side note, what size wheels/tires have you managed to stuff in there? Did you remove any of the rear inner fender?

Thanks Guys. running 18 x 7's 215/40 (F) 225's in the rear. When I put the TCI cradle in it set the rear about 1.25" higher at drop so will notch the rear bar of the cradle and re-set the upper mount to get that 1.25" back. The engine came out nice, those carbs can be a bit tempermental with weather changes but runs strong. was able to pull 185hp/220ft.trq so nice power gains.

I have 18x10.5 in the back. Looked like it could have possibly fit in there before all the frame work. Don't get me wrong, it would have been TIGHT. I also have a 64/65 which is a bigger car vs. a 61 anyway.

I posted in your thread on the Falcon Forum. I love the early round cars and yours is a great example.

A guy at my work is building an old Falcon. Could you post some higher resolution pictures? I'm trying to push him toward a Pro-Touring theme.

Hey there sweet ride!! You and I traded emails back in '08 or so, and from the ridetech forum... I still love your Falcon, looks like you have continued to build it up nice, looking great!!that six is the cool deal, looks great w the tripower. How about some interior pics, and some of the new rear suspension?

I miss my '63, it found a home over in Australia.. but I will post a few pics here to add to your thread.. And yes I hope to one day have another Falcon, can't decide if it will be a 2 door post, hardtop or wagon...

Ok after doing some measuring I simply reset the front set up to get the rake right on the Falcon. It's amazing that just 3/8" can look like 3".
