I love this truck more and more. I don't mean to sound like an ******* but you have had terrible "luck" with a lot of products you've purchased, am I right? I feel like I need to start a list of who to buy from (and who not to) straight from this thread.

Lots, with little help from them as vendors. Essentially: If a company doesn't make it for a Trophy Truck, OEM, or a Le'mons car, dont buy it. Fox shocks (ridetech) does OEM for Chrysler and Ford. Brembo, Baer etc do work for performance OEM.

I could write a book about things that break or fail when you actually need to use them to their potential. These big name optima cars (which optima batteries are junk) must not be driven to the track or to work... Its easy to break something at the track and trailer it back and repair it, but when you need it to bring you home, you start looking elsewhere for better products.

My Holley has come a long way and can say that i am happy with it once i found a tuner that knew what he was doing and could go through some stuff with me on it.

Yeah I can understand what you're saying about cars that are trailered versus a truck like yours that does work!

Nothing crazy, Finished the Electric Power Steering, I believe it needs a new pump - which i am now willing to source new. The 325's up front are awesome except below 10mph in a parking lot. I have since towed my 22' Donzi with it multiple times. Doing burnouts in tow is pretty cool. I havent hit the track since the 325 upgrade, I will be tearing into it this summer to build a bigger fuel cell and put it on a diet. I need to massage the front fenders some more. I did some really sh!tie flair job that i want to un-do and just widen the front fenders a hair. We will see. For now i am working on Chris's 427SBC vette and will be towing it down to Jersey in the next few months (with the C10 obviously)

I'm curious as to how you did your front suspension. Is the C5 crossmember stock width, or did you have to widen it? I have an 85, and I'm looking for ways to get better front geometry without paying $4k for a kit. I'd be kidding myself if I thought I had your fab skills, but I'm pretty sure I could put together c5 ifs in my truck.

Would you be interested in selling a couple watts link kits would you? Chris
