Anyone staying at a hotel other than the RTTH7 Host ?
Unfortunately, I can't come up until Friday night and will have to leave Saturday evening, so I'm looking at a short stay again. I was thinking about trying the Hampton Inn & Suites right behind the Smokies Stadium to minimize my driving time. Anyone have any feedback on this Hotel, and is anyone else thinking about doing the same ?

i would say thats a nice hotel ..there is a bass pro right there also..the Smokies is north of pigeon forge so wouldnt you actually be going farther then..?..

No, the hotel is just up the hill above the smokies stadium, across from Bass Pro. I've been to RTTH a few times and am familiar with the area, I just can't remember this hotel. On google maps it looks OK.
