      Helmets are Required !

It has come to my attention that we haven't made it clear , but

HELMETS ARE REQUIRED AT THIS EVENT !!

Every event that is on this board requires a helmet , so ours does too .

The helmet requirement was on the sign-up page but somehow got deleted .
      I added it back .

      Don't forget !
      Helmet !

      Jeff,
I've been searching the threads looking for information on Tech Inspection. I am considering registering and attending next week, but want to make sure I'm "legal". Is there a list anywhere of what is expected/required at Tech Inspection ?

Thanks, and sorry of this has been covered and I overlooked it.

so far it hasn't been posted; as I recall, last year was a basic inspection for safety issues (ie: not as detailed or stringent as an actual race course has)

So if I have 3 point belts, battery secured, helmet, etc, I should be OK ?

I'm sure Jeff will chime in soon, but like Sparky said it is a simple inspection. No drivers floor matt, battery secured, nothing falling off the car, nothing in the car to move around, air in your tires (duh lol ), and Jeff will fill in the rest....

Discovery parts is local and of don't forget summit Racing. Both have them starting out around $150 on up. Get the sa2010 rating if you do.

I thought you already had a helmet?

Are parking brakes (or nuetral safety switch) required to pass tech inspection ?

If so, I need to add that to my list this week !
