Size: 203.4 KBThe following are pictures over the last 2 years on my SCCA themed 72 Nova. It was inspired by Chris Grey of Marquez Designs. It wont be a full, blown road racer but it will look the part. Me and my son will enjoy it for a few years till I upgrade the suspension, LS conversion and overdrive transmission.

NASCAR, SCCA, MAD MAX, ROAD WARRIOR ETC... This car has alot of different flavor. I got the idea from Chris who drew it with a SCCA feel. As the build progressed, I added a NASCAR style front splitter, and rear deck spoiler. It will have numbers and logo's ala NASCAR. The only consistant theme throughout the build is the inconsistancy...

Wowza! What did you make the chin spoiler out of? I really like the gloss black bumpers on the satin body (going to have to do that!).

^ Thanks, I was debating on gloss or satin on the bumpers. I like the gloss. The hood and rear spoiler will also be in gloss with some satin and grey pinstripping. Spoiler is just a simple piece of good 'ole aluminum I had custom made. Told them to make it look like a cow catcher found on the old west trains...

Hell no I dont mind. We all need inspiration from other builds. Like I said earlier, Chris Grey from Marqueuz Designs rendering gave me the idea. He thunk it and I built it.
