      OK... Now Im confused.

Anyway... Are we going with a stripped down trans-am racer theme and leaving all this awesomeness exposed or are we covering it up. I vote for leaving it exposed with minimal creature comforts... or at least making it look like it is missing creature comforts.

Awesome build... I've got a Maverick for you when your ready. :D

silicone lined Stainless clamps on harness?

Can you please tell me if the clamps you show on the harness draped over the steering column are stainless with silicone rubber?

The silicone is not a priority to me but I exhausted several sources seeking stainless straps awhile back. Various plated/coated varieties is all I could find.

This is the first of your builds I have followed but I have seen your finished products. It's really intriguing seeing it come together and picking out all the changes. Thank you for sharing it.

Those look to be aircraft cable/pipe clamps - made by ADEL.
Heres their site...they do various band materials including stainless.

We get the clamps from our local Car Quest store or McMaster Carr. If you need more info I can see what I can find - email me at [email protected]
