      HID expert needed....

      ..have a look at this and tell me what's wrong with it. Isn't it true that projector headlights are needed for "real" HID's? This seems rice.

      Looks to me like you would be "Blinded by the light" like the light is just sprayed everywhere.

      Would this setup be correct? I currently have H6054 in my car, just want to be 100% certain that get the right stuff that won't blind folks.

      At least it offers a projecter housing. Nothing about being DOT approved. 7"x6" housing? Sounds awful big.

      I found this, not sure about the particulars. Apparenly you purchase the housings for $60 (DOT approved?) and a HID kit(loose highbeams) for $80 and everything is plug and play. Color me skeptical.

      Those are not projectors they are the bad ones it is just a magnifier that will not give you a true cut off line.

      God, that's going to blind oncoming traffic like crazy. And to top it all off, the guy used 10000k bulbs. Epic fail.
