New (used) wiring harness problem 69 camaro

Guy's picked up a under dash harness off ebay the other day for my 69 camaro,it's for a auto,floor shift with warning lights,here's the problem,in the engine bay where the wires plug into the back of the fuse panel the new harness is the opposite of my old harness,the light harness hooks up on the (if your setting in the car)on the left on the new harness and right on the old,also on the panel the old one is labeled 0180-A and the new one is 0179-A,any ideas what's up, I'm just trying to get power in side the car I'm not really worried about the engine harness because it has a LS2, any ideas.THANKS!
