here are some random pics for my dads garage. We have all the tools setup at his house. Luckily my house and two car garage are only a few miles away.

Here is my Car and I (the pose is a joke) in my tandum basement garage. It's crowded where the car goes, but there is a ton of room for parts and tools.

Unfortunately, a basement garage is not ideal for toxic fumes, or pulling a lowered car in and out of the driveway....

Here are my BEST garage/shop pictures of my shop behind my home and in-house garages.

      ALL Waterfront Property!

Ultimately had 4 FEET of water in the shop.

The picture with the stairs goes down to my 7 car basement garage. That garage only had 8 feet of water in it. As a reference, look at the picture without water to see that the water was up to the top of the garage door openings. Look at the row of "Soldier Bricks" (vertical bricks) in each picture for a reference for the water level.

The 3 car garage at the other end of the house only had 2 feet of water in it.

The third picture is out the front door of the house.

Water front property 1300 feet from the river!!!

J.R., where are you located in KC? My girlfriend has family around the intersection of Independence and Olive. The basement garages seem to be pretty popular around there.

I am near Brookside, south of The Plaza.

A lot of old houses near downtown (like us, and sounds like them) have basement garages. I have no idea how people got their model T's up and down my driveway grade...

Hey how big is that shop? I'm trying to decide how big I want to build but it's hard to visualize.

Don't remember where I got this pic, but I like this guy's garage
