And Tims Nova there at the top, for those that don't know, he torched a head gasket saturday on the road course and ended up getting it running Sunday (after trying till about 2am that night!) and then ended up WINNING the speed stop challenge Sunday afterwards!!! How freaking cool is that?!??!! Congrats again Tim and nice to meet and hang with you and your family.

For all those that were not there..you have no clue to what a wonderful event you missed. Putnam park was a fantastic road course that I cant wait to get back to. Reaching speeds up to 120mph was such an adrenaline rush. The autocross, cruise, and speed stop were as equally entertaining. There was so much to tell it would take hours..you just have to plan to be there next year. I do want to thank Mark and Brett for putting this on and the other associate sponsors. good to see alot of you that I haven't seen in awhile. Albert we are sorry you couldn't make it but we surely understand the circumstances. The weather was awesome and so was the competition. Inconclusion, a huge congradulation to Brian, my fellow Rat Packer on the overall win. Also a big congrad to Jimi and Wally making this event go so smooth..after doing Run To The Coast... i know how mind boogling it can be getting all the logistics to work..super job guys. And a big shout out to Iron Mike...is there anything you wont step up and do?

Here are a few shots I took of everyone in the pits. Sorry not everyone's shown here, I took my lower quality camera with me and some of the pics just turned out awful. Lesson learned for next time.

As others have said, what a first-rate event top to bottom! Being one of the low-buck operators (and a newbie) at this type of an event, I was concerned about being laughed off the track or being lost in the shuffle, but everyone was very friendly to me and my family and treated us with a great deal of friendship and respect.

I just hope the Bowler/ridetech guys have got their gears spinning aobut doing this event again next year. It was so much fun, just can't wait to do it again.

Missed meeting you Jason. Saw your car a few times but never found you.

Here are my pics and videos of the weekend. There was a couple vids missing that were too big for photobucket.....and the auto x ones, since the memory card filled up! You can definately hear the car sputtering off some of the corners because of the gas sloshing to the side and starving the engine. I needs a good tank!! Lol.

Hopefully this woks.......like driving around a race track or autocross, I have never uploaded anything to photobucket before!

[QUOTE=shmoov69;679325]Missed meeting you Jason. Saw your car a few times but never found you.

Unfortunately I didn't get to socialize as much as I would have liked. I had my 9 month old with me (Mommy had to work) so we spent as much of our free time as possible trying to stay cool and out of the sun.

Hoping to make it up to Motor State. We had a small clutch issue on Sunday and I've got a few housekeeping things to touch on, but we're keeping a positive outlook that we'll be in Michigan in a few weeks.

      Hope to see everyone there.

Actually, the only cars I owned were the Chevelle, the black Z06, and the GSX. All the other ridetech bannered cars were customers.

      Oh ..
I thought the Silver Eleanor Mustang and the Schoolbus Yellow Mustang were yours ..

I'm thinking of the Pro Street Yellow Mustang you have and I assumed the Eleanor Mustang was yours since I had seen you driving it so much..

It is good that so many customer cars came out..

Jeff, the silver Eleanor Mustang belonged to Jeff Hinkle from Georgia. It's formerly a drag car that he converted to a track car - detuned from 900+ HP! The schoolbus yellow Mustang is this year's GoodGuys Giveaway car built by RPM in PA.
