Me and Wes should be there with his Bird. All we have to do is reinstall the rearend and run/tune the car a bit.

I will make sure Wes signs up....

Yeah, it's a lot of fun! Though right now it thinks its a NAS-Truck, as it only wants to turn left. I think its time for a new posi. I'm thinking about a Detroit True-Trac. Just may have to splurge before next weekend!!!

Although we'll be setting up a tent with our stuff, I'm trying to get my hands on a video camera (a real one this time) to record all of the runs on the Autocross.

Question - do we need helmets?

I brought my helmet for the ridetech Autox on the PT, and well honestly that sumbitch took up a lot of trunk room for not needing it on the long haul...

You don't really need a helmet.
Speeds will be not be that high at this event..
I always wear my helmet at this event anyway..

I'm glad I saw your post about helmets not being required Jeff. I was stressing about trying to get a helmet in time and also get the few things I need to get done to my car with limited funds this week. I've got a guy that says I can borrow his if he can find it from when he moved, but will be without unless I order one overnight delivery late in the week. I'd really rather not spend the $$$ if I don't have to.

Life's journey is not to arrive at the grave safely in a well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, totally worn out, shouting - Holy cow - what a ride!!!
