2 pin vs. 4 pin 9 inch ford
just picked up a 4 pin, 9 inch posi in need of work.
any major strength gains in running one of these over a 2 pin posi?
i have both, any one suited better to which gears are used?
(3.50 vs.4.11)

The four pin is stronger due to that of the side gear loads are distributed to four pins, vice two.
Either raito is good, one not more suited than the other. It comes down to final drive ratio. If you have an OD auto or manual transmission, the 4.10's might be suitable but the 3.50's are a better all aroung gear set for street use.
