So I got one side done sitting on the ground. It lowered 1.5" from where it was, so I will be raising it back up when I get the other side done.

The weight reduction is 9lbs per side.

haha, she is the one that wanted it. I just use it now.

Thanks man. I think it is the best bolt in unit on the market that uses stock control arms.

i got the aluminum driveshaft yesterday from inland empire. That was a great looking piece wow. Beautifully finished. We had it out of the box and installed within ten minutes. Haha. Only weighs 13lbs.

Car is back on the road for about two weeks now. Street driving is great no issues. Now i need to get some time to take it to the strip and really test and tune.

I 2nd this, I would love to have coilovers but I don't see where $900-$1300 for a kit should cost that much. I'm interested in this also or maybe just the brackets so it could be used with other coilovers like QA1's. Think about it for us Ford lovers, we don't have a lot of options. Thanks & keep up the great craftsmanship.

Keep in mind the mustang will be a drag car, but i will have video from my test and tune session in the next month.

This setup with stiffer springs and the shelby drop would be a great addition to street/autoX car "street-x" .

That's fine...my leaning is towards drag racing. My Falcon is going to have skinnies on the front ;)

Okay, finally made it to the track.

The motor ran well and the chassis/suspension reacted as planned. But with 4.86 gears and a manual four speed the tires did not hook up at all.

It launched good then spun the tires 10 feet out. This was on drag radials and the new slicks are in the garage. So next time out we might have some traction!!

Ok, first off it's very uncool to not give us times..

Second, may not be getting enough flex from the front end if you're spinning after you hook. Have you checked the rebound? (The words are escaping me at the moment to describe what I'm trying to say...)

Third, that thing needs an auto...it's a drag car! :D
