      69' Camaro w/ Cuda exhaust?

I am new to this site so I thought i would show a little of what I have done to my first gen.. car is at the body shop right now. I had 1970 cuda exhaust tips cut into the body. has anybody ever seen this before? I am trying to make my camaro slightly different with little modifications. what do you think?

Funny you mention that, look what Michael was doing today! Funny thing is we had Cuda Exhaust tips and just changed to round a couple days ago.
I think they will look killer. I love exhaust through the tailpan. Just looks real clean.

It looks good but it really gets the back end of the car dirty...real dirty.

Depends how much oil you let seap by, or how rich you let it run.

Are you going to run a in trunk fuel cell? Seems as if the exhaust would hang pretty low if you ran in under a stock fuel tank.

That looks real nice. I am eventually running mine straight out the center side by side like a Viper or Corvette. Mabey an inch apart. So far I havent seen this yet. I strive to be different too.

yeah, ceter outlet is tricky unless you do a cell. We are building a tank, so no problem.

Do it! that would look hot. different is good as long as someone doesn't go crazy. fuel cell is easy. I love shelby's and putting that exhaust on a mach would look killer.

I had a 68 KR 500 convertible, and it was the most popular car i ever owned, but to me, the 69 / 70 Shelby convertible is one of the best looking cars ever. That exhaust is 2 kewl.

I had my car on a lift today looking at trying to do the very same thing.
But,even with my car's narrowed frame rails,a centermount exhaust exiting out the center of the bumper would be very difficult to fabricate.

If your running a fuel cell in th trunk it is very possible to do so. minor fabrication and you are ready to go! If it is something that you have to have, the labor is worth it.

Very nice, All three of you. It gives the cars a more finished look. I can't do it on the 1969 GTO as the rear bumper is it. Their is no lower valance pan on mine. I always envy everyone elses car. Some day mine will be finished. Some day..... R.P.

They all look nice, and give the car a well thought-out look. Not having any imagination myself, mine just turns down behind the axle. I figure if you can't make it look good, hide it!!
