12bolt fitment
will 12 bolt from 69 camaro fit 70 camaro or 73 firebird

I believe the 69 12 bolt is shorter, but not sure how much. If so, that might be a good thing if you plan to mini-tub it....

IIRC The first gen axle is an inch narrower than the 2nd gen. I think the biggest problem is spring perch spacing though.
If the rear has monoleaf perches you might want to change the mounts anyways though and fix the spacing at the same time.

My understanding is that first gen Camaros are 52" backing plate to backing plate while 3rd gen Nova's (1968 - 1974) and 2nd gen Camaro's are 54". Spring perch mods are necessarry to interchange.
