Thought I would give an update! Got my steering arms and Lee 670 gear box today. Car is up on jack stands and I am beginning to disassemble front end. I am still waiting on shocks and springs. Will post pics as I go along with assembly. Cant wait to get whiplash wheels and get stance set.

What kind of a T56 will you be using? Im assuming youre using a factory 455 block bored and stroked?

I think this is the first post ive found on the internet of a T56 being mated to a Buick...

      Cool stuff.

I am up in the air on the T56. Would like to run viper internals. I believe that I can get a bell housing that I can mate almost any transmission to. Do you have any suggestion?

Call Classic Motorsports. I have spoken to Jeff about a T56 Magnum for my GTO. I believe the Pontiac is a BOP bolt pattern so it should work for your Buick as well. The Magnum is rated to 700 hp.

Just wanted to update my post with the finished artwork done by Jason Rushforth. I have to say that it completely blows away my expectations. Anyone contemplating a rendering and doesn't contact Jason is shortchanging themselves. Jason thanks again. If my car comes close to the artwork it will have surpassed my expectations. I will have the front end completed within the next 2 weeks and will be posting pics as I go.

Thanks Clu! I appreciate the kind words and thoroughly enjoyed working with you. You had a great concept when you hired me and I am glad I could help you see it a little clearer and throw in some of my ideas. This project is a cool one and I'm glad to be part of it with wheels and artwork!

Wheels make the project! You will have a real inspiration when you put the wheels on the car!
