I decided to mount the wiring behind the seat on the plywood board that came with the Mustangs to Fear trunk kit.

I replaced the coil packs and plug wires but still have a lot to do under the hood.

We installed the Dakota Digital gauges awhile back but I never did get a photo. Now I need to get a battery installed in the trunk so I can see them in color!

Mustang to Fear dash pad came in a long time ago and is a very well made dash pad. Now if I can only get the wiring straightened out under the dash I can install it.

I ran out of room at the shop so I moved this to my house and started working on it again on the weekends.

I had a hard time finding a master cylinder that would clear the cam cover and did a search on line and found this Bronco II master cylinder and it fits.

I have been using a board to hold up the deck lid after searching I found these struts from Mustangs Unlimited

My intake was cracked while I was replacing it I found a good place for the AC valve

      New intake

Next problem I had was none of the brackets for the alternator would work so we had to cut and modify the first one to fit. Sorry no photo

I bought stainless steel transmission cooler lines for the AOD but they didn't fit so I made my own

I ordered a set of Vintage LEDs taillights

I've missed this build for some reason???? Just in case it's of value to you, there is numerous wiring diagrams on the internet to change from coil pack to coil on plug to clean things up some. Cars looking good.

I painted the headers. It's tight but they fit. I want to get it running and check for problems before I get them coated.

Did you make metal ductail ends or did you just bond those in place and fill the seam?

After a little modifying of the headlight buckets I got the headlights with built in turn signals to fit.

I hooked up the battery in the trunk (I still need to hook up the ground cable to the engine) to see what works. The Ron Francis trunk mounted battery kit has two ground gables one small short one that I have going to the body and a large long one that they want mounted to a bell housing bolt. So far the AC 3 blower speeds work, taillights, turn signals, and headlights.

I have a problem with the lights in the dash flashing when the key is off and the steering column harness is hooked up.

I installed the battery ground cable from the trunk mounted battery to the engine block and cured most of my electrical problems.

I'm a huge fan of the 67-68 dash. Those gauges are a very good addition. In reading your last couple of posts, I'm aware that most of us have similar stories to tell. Not a big deal, it is what it is.

We have been busy working on customers cars and I haven't posted in a long time so it's time to show a little progress on the 68 Coupe.

      Test fitting the TMI interior.

I loaded in the trailer and moved it back to the shop so we can get this project on the road early next year.
