      Ringbrothers Product Updates

Hope everyone had a great weekend. I wanted to update everyone on some of our new product. In the last month we have been working hard to bring customers products they are interested in. Our latest pieces are: Ford and GM door strikers, billet hood adjusters in two versions and billet B Body hood hinges. What is coming is the 55 Chevy hood hinge, GTO hood hinge, Ford and GM door handles, Mustang export braces, 1st Gen Camaro Trunk hinges... I uploaded some pictures and photo renderings for preview.
I want to thank everyone that has given suggestions on product and thank everyone that has supported Ringbrothers.
If anyone wants to put together a group buy let me know - we will offer 15% off for any group from Pro-touring.com.
      Have an awesome day!

      Staci

I know, I know... I'm only one person. Keeping track of Mike and Jim is a full-time job alone.

Staci, it's about time for the creative juices at Rings to come up with some truly good looking valve covers. Small Ford, LSX, and gen I Chevy... whatcha think?

One of our design guys is here now - discussing valve covers. We have a long line of stuff in front of the covers but I will keep you updated.

The hood adjusters should be universal - just check how much clearance you have and order the correct one. We have a low profile one that will work for the 70 Mustangs and one that is taller for any application that has 1.25" clearance. I will load the specs to our site.

Jay - we are building the handle around the first gen Camaro but Jim spoke with a GM enginerr and he believes that it will fit most GM models between 1965-1972.

      Thanks,
      Staci

Ring Brothers was nice enough to send me a set of door strikers to see if they fit on 3rd gen Novas. First off, these pieces are beautiful, you have to see them in person. Stainless steel striker stud, and an aluminum washer.

Installation is a snap. It took me no more than 5 minutes to install both door strikers.

This is what you start with:

      Remove the old:

      Install the new:

      Old compared to the new:

The striker pin is slightly longer than stock, which makes it so that you don't have to run spacer washers. Note that some cars use more spacer washers than others, so you may have to re-use some of your old spacers.

Overall, this sure cleans up the door area. Now I need to take off my "vintage" Chevron oil change sticker to make it look even better.

I wish I had read this thread a couple of days ago. Just ordered striker, cowl vent covers and door handles for a mustang. Could have saved a few bucks.

Howabout making a decent looking grill for chevelles. Namely a 67 SS. All the repros are dull and cheap looking. I think making quality replacement and even billet grills would spread like wildfire in the musclecar world.
