I keep changing my mind on wheels. Here is what I am currently thinking.

      http://www.tswalloywheels.com/alloy_...urburgring.php

      Its a TSW wheel.

Also I found this seller for R888s at really good prices. I would like to have this combo.

      245s on the front

And one of those on the rear. Obviously after I do my minitub and 3-link.

thanks guys, I think it will really change the style of the car.

I just need to do the minitub and 3-link first. then I can figure out a rear tire size.

I am hoping to get this wheel with a silver or aluminum hoop, maybe a brushed hoop, with a matte black center.

Yeah By the time I build the three-link and minitub mine I will be able to fit a 345 with plenty of clearance (275's fit Stock!). Dusters have a lot of rear clearance. Your falcon doesn't look like it was blessed like that from the factory.

You are lucky, a minitub will let me fit a 295 maybe. but a 315 will require some frame notching. The main issue is the rear quarter is not a radiused wheel well. I am covering about 1/3 of my wheel now.

How is the front spacing? Dusters can fit 245's and 275's fit but can rub occasionally. It is kinda strange that two cars that are almost the same size have TOTALLY different clearance for tires.

With my front suspension I can fit a 245 and still have the stock steering travel with no interference or rub. But with as light as my car is a 245 will be plenty.

Im at 2690 now. In the 2590 range would be cool.

I might be stopping progress on this car to take on a new challenge. jooint venture with one of my dads cars. I handle suspension/chassis/ and aerodynamics.

The car is already a offset rear 3-link. ford powered. and 2600lbs. Target weight would be under 2100. Steel body......

So I have to figure out all logistics and plans for this car in the next couple weeks and decide what I will do.

So a good weekend, two cars shows. One at JBA in san diego. The second at daltons. The falcon won a trophy at daltons so that was cool!

Bryce do you know what the inside measurements are for your valence? I have a wider radiator in my car and I was wondering how it would look. Also, did you have to have to wait long when you ordered your hood from Crites? I have not been hearing kind things about their customer service lately.
Life's journey is not to arrive at the grave safely in a well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, totally worn out, shouting - Holy cow - what a ride!!!

I have a friend that is a crites dealer. The wait was about 4 weeks. I love my hood. I had it on my car in a few hours after I got it home.

I will need to measure the width. Form memory its 20" I widened it 3/4"

Is he still a dealer because I would like to order one?

So the complete 3-link plan has been put on paper. Front cross member for the UCA chassis mount will be first and design will start on tomorrow.

The only dilema I have is the tore I want to run. I need to nail down a tire diameter. I know what width I can fit. I guess I will run a 25.6 diameter tire and a 245 in the front maybe a 275 in the back. Some good progress pics will be up soon.

I will post my geometry this weekend!
