I hope to hear from the guy making them for me the end of this week.

They will be available vented and non vented. We also have a valve to install on the non vented units. On the non vented units our available valve is configured for a 5/16" hose connection at each end. It will allow more air into the tank once a vacuum of 0.0055 bar is sensed. It will allow excess pressure to escape once a pressure of .725 psi is present. If none of the conditions listed above are present the valve stays closed. Then, just route the hose to a charcoal canister and your set. The only body mod is you have to drill a few new holes in the rear panel for the screws to attach it. You can use the filler cap as a drill guide.

Any news on the gas cap??

I'm interested in this too .. for my 67. The other option I've seen is the "Cool Cap" from air ride Tech. There are some pics on DSE's website of one installed. I'm also interested in one I saw on a BMW police motorcycle. It was locking and looked flat and about the right size. I don't know if the filler neck can be adapted to this kind of cap.

I just put a billet aluminum gas cover on my vette. It will be worth your wait if they look as good as the one I got.

WOW!!!!! at that vette. My dad and i were tryign to get a '70-'72 forever but couldn't find one we could afford. Yours is AWESOME! I would have gone with a pop top cap though like on the viper GTS.

      I found their website; http://www.sabelt.com/

However....there is no reference to a billet gas cap on the site.

He's going to have to drop us a part number for it.
