Glad you stayed with the green. It looks great. The centerlines look great too with just that color change.

thanks guys, Brandi is very happy you guys are impressed with her paint skillz, she was a bit nervous since it was only her 2nd overall paintjob but i think it looks fantastic! i think my dad almost fell over when he saw it lol

I do plan on hitting an autoX track some day after i get $ to swap out the old crusty bald GSC's for something stickier, maybe drag radials? since it will smoke the goodyears in 2nd gear with a medium throttle hit (yes i do drive it up my street sometimes hehe)

slightly better pic of the pearl but not great cuz still no bright sun

pictures just dont do the color justice.

Hey paint is done, time for a new GF. Perhaps one that can do upholstery?

Well that's not very nice of me to say, right?! Kudos to your lady and to you for doing such a nice job together! Man, that looks absolutely killer.

alowerlevel: yea i had to cuz im surprised that trailer didnt collapse beneath it lol

01somta: thanks, more support for green mist!

tones2SS: he should slam it on some 335/30/18s cuz it has massive wheelwells it would make an awesome protouring car but what do i know im the younger brother. i think he wants to make it a street/strip car.

TPI Monte SS: thanks man, I love your monte that thing is clean! we'll have to meet up some day.

well ive been working hard on the car but my wifey has me doing alot of house projects lately. The main thing was to install some plastic inner fenders from "the parts place" supposedly the "best" of the plastic inners made.

they look nice out of the box

      underside

top side notice i painted the lower portion of the fenders black instead of green like original for a cleaner more subtle engine bay.

well it took nearly 2-3 hrs a piece! to install these bitches and make them look/fit like they should
Tools needed to install reads: 1/2" socket and rachet, drill and bits, a die grinder with reamer attachment (lord knows they barely got a single hole in the right place) alot of curse words, and a 30 pack of beer. not to mention i had to drill holes for the battery tray and the holes where the marker light wires run through.

me and my great ideas of running the lighter inner fenders

Looks like your makin some progress there Ant. WTF are the 2 silver circle things in the wheelwell in the 2nd pic? Oh and BTW 335/30/18's are way too short for the '73 Im thinkin 315/35/20's or I just found out that Michelin has 335/30/20's . But the damned things are almost $500 each One of these weekends I will get up there and give you a hand, plus I still have the hard drive and other crap I gotta give you.
