Any news on teaming up? Is Anvil planning on producing the 69 style hood?

Spoke to one of the guys from Anvil about a yr ago but haven't heard anything since. Anyone know if they are planning to make a 1st gen hood any time soon?

I know the Camaro market is much bigger but I'm willing to bet if companies start making mroe Firebird parts, more people would build them.

What is more realistic to you?

      I am at $2500 for a hood.

Nice work but I too would consider a 400 hood if it was:
      A- Lighter
      B- Cheaper

I'm more for function than bling. My $400 VFN glass Bolt on hood is only 22 lbs, why would I want a 20 lb carbon hood for $2500?
Get it to 10 lbs and $1000 and I'd be interested.

I would really need to see some pictures at least. I would like to see attachment at front and rear and the side detail of where the windows roll up to meet the top, is a ledge or lip needed to fasten a weatherstrip to. A mold would be $2000 - $3000 or make the mold yourself and get it to me.
