It looks great man. Those wheels/tires and brakes really set it off. I can't wait until I can afford a brake package.

.060 Over 455, Aluminum Edelbrock heads, Metco Serpentine Belt, Keith Black Pistons, TA Intake, demon Carb. Muncie 4-speed Conversion, All autometer gauges with a custom dash, ProCar Seats. Built 8.5 10-bolt rear, all new front suspension with bigger swaybars, Moroso springs, Qa1 shocks. Sumped fuel tank & all new fuel system.
This pic was taken about 5 years ago, right before I started working on it. I hope to have all the bodywork completed along with a GS hood and Gloss Black paint by next spring.

Oh yes, it is going in! Backed by TH400 with G.V. and Currie 9. Engine and trans went 10's in my Monte and should do the same in the 66.

Nice. A blown Camaro or Chevelle was my initial plan before I started this GTO project. Ought to be fun.

Cool! A pro-touring Chevelle with a big bad roots type blower! Do you have a rendering of the final look?

I wish I had a rendering but it is all in my head. I am going for a nostalgic gasser type theme but with pro touring twists. The nose will be up a tad from the typical touring car but with 17" fronts and 18" rears I think it will be sweet!

I have a 1964 Buick Special 2 door Sedan, 400 horse SBC, 440 lbs. of torque 700R4, 3:36 posi has plenty of punch for me, it's getting it to the ground and keeping it there, my frame is shot, I think it would cheaper to replace it than repair it, I'd like to install some tubular A arms and discs all around, I think the only reason I haven't broke anything is 'cause it's so light, HA!

Has an LS1 in it now, shockwaves all around and C6 brakes to be added soon. Typical work in progress type of situation.

Man, thats a sweet looking 67!!!! Is it a trick of the light, or is the roof black? I hope so, as it looks pretty good with the black roof.

      Yes.... Roof is painted Black

It was a vinyl roof car.... but when I redid the body 2yrs ago..... I decided on trying the factory 2-tone look. Everyone second guessed my decision until it came out of the paint booth..... Then they "got" it......lol

Thank you for the kind words....
