How is traffic around Vancouver-Coquitlam around 8am and 4pm mon-fri?

Saw this and was like WTF? Local Traffic question on P-T.com? lol
I would say it's not the greatest during those times. Coquitlam is a larger district, so depends on where in Coquitlam you are going.
If you are talking downtown Vancouver to say Port Coquitlam I'd give yourself a good hour of travel time.1969 CAMARO RS
