Dang, that Mary can drive. I seen her drive today, probably the best driver there.

      Way to go Mary!!

      She deserved the win 100%

Mary is the cool smooth one behind the wheel. The 70 DSE Camaro is a car that is locked down, it looks like it would stick on ice.

Steve don't feel bad that Mary is quicker than you in your own car, for she is a professional and you are just a magazine guy.

I sat with David "Mr. Fast" Pozzi for four different runs in Mary's Camaro.

Some memorable quotes while riding shotgun from David...
"I like to use the throttle..."
      "Sh*t!"
      "We're in the marbles!"
"I didn't even use the brake that time..."
"Maybe Mary won't notice us driving her car...? Good, she didn't see us, let's go again."

My word can that (mad)man drive. I learned sooo much just by observing and asking questions about their car and it's setup. David was able to get down into the 30's with the Camaro. I'd like to think it's because I was there... Yep.

He's a wealth of knowledge. I want to go track racing with him, soak him up like a sponge.

Each time I tried to get a run in with Mary she kept getting shanghai'd into other cars. Next time Mary... next time for sure!

Ty, was our man at the event this time, and he's been sending me the photos and info to post up on the web (I'm back home in Indiana).

He's got some video coming home with him today that we should have up no later than tomorrow...

Until then, I posted a few more photos on our site of some cars at the show:

Hey Scott.. that's a killer shot!

I think I heard those old "patina'd" race cars were fakes.. still cool though.

Where did the lap times go? I saw them posted a while ago and now they are gone? Not that I really want to see how close to dead last I was again. LOL!

I'm guessing that they took them down to tweak them a bit. I know that my time shown was lower than my best (although I was thrilled to be in 4th behind Steve and Mary at 1st and 2nd respectively) so maybe they are trying to get an updated list.
