6" OD Wheel Spacers?
I am looking for a wheel spacer that will fit inside a custom rotor hat. The OD of the spacer needs to be 6" or slightly less in order to fit. I have a done a bit of searching, but haven't found any that fit the bill. If I can't find some, I'll need to have them custom made, but I'd like to avoid that in the interest of time if possible. 1/4" thick would be great, but I'd be interested in others as well for future projects.

Did you try A+A Manufacturing?
They don't list the OD however. And now that I look they are 5x5 I don't know what you need.R.J.

I just measured ours. It's a little bigger than you need (6.2" or so).
If you're OK with non-hubcentric spacers, I'll chuck them on a lathe and turn them down to 6".The first step of becoming a better driver is to attend a track event, time yourself, and realize the fact you really suck.

Dude, that would be awesome! The stud holes in the rotor hats are .502", and the center hole is larger than the hub OD, so they are not centric to begin with. I am "hoping" that the stud hole to stud fit will keep things round.If you're OK with non-hubcentric spacers, I'll chuck them on a lathe and turn them down to 6".
Q: Thanks for the link, this is the kind of guy I have been looking for. If the units that my buddy Tsubai don't work, I'll give this guy a shout. Man, I cannot WAIT to get a small mill and lathe. Silly little issues like this just shut you down cold. I need these so I can determine caliper bracket dim's, and them determine wheel offset. Just rolls downhill. I can get really close, but close enough without the final parts, at least in my case, is never "close enough."

Holes are 0.516" on our spacers. It should be pretty snug with 1/2" studs. Just be sure to keep the lug nuts tight, since brake force will apply slight bending moment on studs.
